Ballad Health Trauma Center Reconfiguration
B+A worked with the recently merged 21 hospital Ballad Health to assess productivity, available resources and consolidate two Level I and one Level II trauma centers into a system of one Level I and two Level III centers. In addition to supporting the trauma centers’ consolidation, B+A assisted in the merger of the two competing air medical systems.
