The National Foundation for Trauma Care (NFTC) was organized by B+A in 2002 to advocate for trauma centers and systems and address their common problems. In October of 1995 this highly successful non-profit trauma care association was spun off from B+A into a fully independent organization with its own staff and facilities. B+A continues to support the NFTC as the best means of pursuing quality trauma care for the seriously injured throughout the nation.
